Soooooooo scared!!!

Well ladies after having my first consultation wayyyyyy back in January I am finally having my BA tomorrow!! I can’t believe it I am sooo nervous about everything the GA the pain everything!! I can’t believe I am actually doing this!!! The worst part is my mum does not know I feel so bad!!! Please help ladies, any advice or help! This forum has been amazing!! I will post my story as soon as I can!! xXx

Hi there, do not worry at all!!!! i got very nervous, and i remember sat waiting in my gown, hands sweating, thinking “what am i doing” and then them calling me in, but i swear once you have the injection to be put to sleep, you wake up and its over!!.

Its not that bad at all! i found it quite relaxing! i must have been off my head on the ga or something ha ha!. The i slept most of the day, then woke up to some nice food, was brill!.

Yeah thats what I think oh my god what am I doing!! But then I look at my saggy boobs and think this is why!! Just can’t wait to wake up and it’s over!! As long as I wake up sooooo scared!! Thanks for the advice hunni!! Xx

dont be nervous i had mine last week! it was a breeze!!! iam the biggest wimp on this planet! it was really quick the g.a was fine didnt even feel anything just woke up like 5 minutes later. The pians not even bad it just feels tight….. iam 7 days after my op and feel normal again but with big boobs! ha ….

Honestly you wil be fine defo go for it! and dont be scared its not as bad as u think…. its defo the best thing i ever did.

I’m a week post op and I can honestly say the constipation and medication was worse than the op!!

Being limited on what u can and cant do is frustrating at first but the pain is soo bearable. I can wash and dry my hair, dress myself just no heavy lifting or pulling.

Everything was easier by day 4/5 for sure and I had a real teary day on day 3 x

Hey Flojo, to be honest the general anaesthetic was the best part, I was so scared and nervous and wanted to run before I had mine done, but the GA was kinda fun they just say “and you’re going to sleep now…” then you feel warm and fuzzy and next thing you know you have woken up! Afterwards I really wondered what all my nerves were about. Trust me you will be fine! I’m 2 weeks post op now (325cc overs) and am back to most normal activity, just not heavy lifting or arm exercises.

I found that Rescue Remedy beforehand helped calm the nerves – but place the drops on your wrist not in your mouth as you can’t take anything by mouth at all.

Regarding size, coming from someone who wanted a very natural look my advice is go bigger! Once the swelling goes down most women find they wished they were that little bit bigger. I could have gone with the larger ones my surgeon recommended and still looked very natural on my frame.

Good luck for your op, you will love the results and wonder why you were so scared!
