soooooooooooo pissed off at mya wish i never chose them..

i had my ba 6weeks ago and yesterday my insicions started to hurt and looked a lil black and am very worried so i rang the nurse who told me to send pics as i couldnt get in to the clinic so i did and was promised a call back within halfnhour and nevr recieved anything so then rang to ask if she had seen the pics and was told the nurse is on lunch break and would get a call after still nothing! so rang the third time yesterday a few hours later and then again gt promised a call back and still waiting ..

mya takes the p**s ! so regret using this company!

aww no Can’t you speak to your pc? Message myamod she’ll sort it for you as this isn’t good enough at all. Do you still have the emergency number to call as they are suprised to ans 24/7 aren’t they? I have it on my card if you need it xxx

Oh no hun, hope this gets sorted soon. Mya Mod is good, she picked up on my earlier thread and the nurse called me back a few hours later. I’m having all kinds of probs with lefty so I’m going back to see my Surgeon on Thurs now x

It seems the only way they call you Is if Mya mod gets on top of it…saying that from previous experience myself

Yeh to be fair they are I needed to come in and see them saturday one of my stitches well I fink it was a stitch looked like a piece of wire was stickin out my scar! After 3 days someone rang me bk, w can fit u in saturday but ur gonna av a long wait so I jus left it! There not bothered aslong as they have ur muny they don’t care! I’ve had nothing but messing about with them there customer service is absoluely awful and this after srvice that u supposedly pay for is absoluelty awful awell, I still haven’t even had a fne call to go bak and see the surgeon in two weeks.. Jus a good job my boobs turned out to be okay!

Aimee I eventually got an appointment with my surgeon before my op and ive also been told I might be more than an hour wait to me that’s crazy but my op it’s in two weeks so I have no choice…

To be fair to mya though, they are trying to run a business but they are HIGHLY understaffed and do not have enough nurses or patient coordinators, I think they do try there best, but like me for example my patient co ordinator was quick enough to take nearly 4000 off me but then forgot to book me in for my op and I only found out 12hrs before my op.. They resolved this after my solictor threatened with legal action and sent me flowers to apologise, n I’ve got home today n reciebed a letter saying I need to come in for my pre op as I didn’t make it saturday! They have excellent surgeons and hospitals but there staff are usless, they need to cmploy more nurses to see to post op patients and they need to employ more patient co ordinators and asign them so many clients and get them to ring on a reggular basis to makesure evryfins ok wether they nEed anyfin etc, I know if I got a job as a patient co ordinator all my clients wud receive a 5* service from me because I’ve been through the procedure anD can relate to it and know what tje client wants were as I dnt think most ppl hu work for mya do

I think they shud start asking patients feedback and what they wud like mya to change, because I’ve seen a lot of complaints regarding customer service and after care xx

Agreed I have a lovely patient co ordinator and mr adamo I’m so confident he will give me a great result they all lovely it’s just the phone calls lol
