Sore back, armd, shoulders and boobs

3 days post op and havent been sleeping well at all! everywhere is sore and can barely move! fell like a robot, is there anything that will help this? when will it go away ?xx

Yesterday was my worst day and sleeping is a pain in the arse!! My backs more painful than my boobs lol!!

I have been moving around n going for lil walks in the day to stop my back getting stiff!! And last night I took a nightol and slept like a baby from 11pm till 4pm …. Took painkillers and went back to sleep till 10am and I feel

A lot better today!!

It is a nightmare isn’t it – no more sleeing like a star fish for a while. It will all be worth it in the end chick just keep relaxing plenty of water. I am like 5 days po and feel much better today xxx

it will get better honest i felt exactly the same give it time girls its all sooooo worth it xx

yea take them every 4 hours xx
