Sore incisions and booby farts

Am 6 days pop op, had my bandages removed yesterday and sterile strips put on by the nurse, that have already fallen off. Since having the bandages off, finding my incisions so sore, the nurse said they had healed nicely but they are so sore, how long was it before this went and along with that I now have the joy of boob farts !
