Sore incisions / strapping blisters

Is it normal around day 4 for incisions to feel tight / stinging and feel like they are red hot, I’ve not seen them as my strapping still on for another 2 full days . Also where the drains were are stinging and I have blisters on my back where stapping is rubbing ?

Feel like a wimp , sorry I’m a bit fed up xx

It’s totally normal don’t worry I have had mine removed today and all that burning pain stopped immediately sorry I know it hurts and will also start to get itchy just hang in there. X

@zshah91 thanks Sara , I just am so worried they are ripped open under the stapping x

They’re not otherwise you would have extreme bleeding or other leakage. It feels like that because of the pressure of the strapping stopping circulation etc xx

@josey i think sara is right hun she has a point dont worry yourself and get workedup like u said only two more days witj strapping on then the worst pain will be over soon hope your well besides that x

I’m the exact same Hun! I’m having mine removed Friday and we’re the strapping is itching there are two big looking water blisters on my skin. Cannot wait for to be free lol! Xx

Oh dear Amy @amypatriciagilbert looks like we are in same boat. I’m so para about the nurse pulling strapping off it’s so blooming stiff . The blisters are awful . Hope it goes ok Friday for you xx
