SORE NIPPLES

HI im 10days post op and my nipples are really sore, is this normal? xx

perfectly normal hun!!! i’m 4 weeks post op and mine feel like someones sticking pins in them sometimes!!

it helps if you put one of those little make up pads in your bra to pad it a bit,especially if it hurts when clothes/bra is rubbing against it x x

I think its my bra thats rubbing, thanks for the reasurrance i was gett ing worried. xxx

mine were agony. wasn’t allowed to wear a bra either so i always wore very baggy tops. they became more bearable about 3 weeks later. xx

im seven months post op and mine are still sore to touch, and very hard too, got a check up tonight to make sure this is ok xx

oh you poor girl linzi, you have my sympathy, hope you can get it sorted xxx

Mine were fine for about 5 days then had 2 weeks when they were awful!! 5 weeks now and they are fine! X

i get lil twinges in mine from time to time nd they are errect permantly had to put my bra on jus to keep them down .
