Sore nipples!!!

I’m 17 days post op & my nipples have neen really really sore!! Has anyone else had this?? If so what helped & will it improve??? xxx

Hell yeah!!! lol Mine were the same. They werent really ‘sore’ they were just bloooooooooming sensitive! Is that what you mean?

Yeah they’re really sensitive & I think the lining of my sports bra runs right over my nipples!! I’ve been putting quilted cotton wool pads in my bra to cushion them!! I think (hoping) when I can wear different bra’s & don’t have to wear one at night as well they will get better.

I’ve just had a little look at your pics- they’re looking fab at the moment. They’ve settled really well xxx
