Sore nipples and bras

I’m 2 weeks post op. My nipples are so sore. I’ve started using vasaline, but I’m wearing a macom bra and I don’t no if this is irratating them? Any advice should I buy a new bra? X

A few girls on here have said to put some cotton wool in the macom, hun. x

Jacquie, i too have real sore nipples. sore scars too. i so can’t wait to feel completely normal again lol. mine are sore all around the nipple… even the shower makes em sensitive… no direct water on me boobs!

It’s a pain, so uncomfortable. I’m the same in the shower x

Try breast feeding pads,haven’t had my ba yet its next week,my best friend used these as hers were sore so they are on my shopping list xx

girls, (its charlottepink ~ name change) i put cotton wool pads in today! the difference is incredible!!
