Sore/sensative nipples :(

i have really sore/burming nipples even my sports bra is hurting them has anyone else had this problem and how long did it last btw they feel really cold too xx

Mine are exactly the same at the moment, 9 days post op and EVERYTHING hurts them.. even if something brushes them!! I hope this doesn’t last much longer lol

I am 3 weeks and 4 days post op and my nipples and just above are still sore and sensitive, they’re not as bad as they were but they do hurt a bit when I take off the macom or sports bra because they push them sideways x

Same here. I’m 11 days post op and I’ve got the sunburn feeling too. Especially round the sides. Xx

Mine are the same I am 17 days post op…..I have put plasters over mine xx

I used breast pads in my bra to stop them touching the materiel,that helped.xxx

I’ve used cotton wool or tissue and that totally worked … Thanks to mama t’s advice xx

wow i didn’t even think to ask about my nipples!! mama T and buster indechops thats great advice i am def gonna do this x
