Spa day 6 weeks post op

I’ve got a spa day booked exactly 6 weeks post op. do you think it will be ok??? Prob not ideal to go in the pool but surely I could sit in the shallow end and just have the steam room n sauna side wouldn’t I??? Any reassurance or should I not go???
