If mrsa swabs come bk positive have 2 post pone op for a month is this true

If ur positive u have to have treatment that takes 7 days, then u have 3 negative swabs a week apart from each other. X

So aye basically a month x

Hun woudnt worry, everyone has to have that test done and my nurse said hardly any come back positive! And they just give you a soap to wash in for a week then u have to re take the test. When’s your op booked for?x

i didnt have to have a swab taken at all i think its more for if you work in a hospital etc x

I do wrk in the hospital! My op is on the 25th of this month its really put me down. I’m guna b worrying all week now. I feel like crying. ‘-((

fingers crossed everything will be fine, got to try think positive!! xx

I don’t work in a hospital, my nurse said that everyone should have it done.
