Hi Guys, just wondering for those of you who are post ba…. whether the sports bra mya does is the best option or a normal sports bra (such as a shock absorber etc) x
The macom that they recommend is great straight after as it doesn’t sit tight on the scar but after the first week or so i founf it was only supportive enough to wear at night.
During the day i wear a bra from M and S that’s non wired and supportive, fits great and is a nicer shape than the sports bra’s which i also founf lacked strong support.
