Sports Bra

Have any of you that had unders got advice not to wear your sports bra to help them drop? x

yes betty, im not wearing one for the majority of the time, but wear a really loose sports bra that doesn’t really do much in the night time… I’m only 3 days post op and really want them to drop!!!!x

i was told not to wear a bra for 6 weeks and every1 else was saying they were meant too so was a lil confused lol glad to know someone else has been told the same thing. not sure how its gona go wen im back at work with no bra on haha

Yeah Mr Traynor said i was not to wear any bra for 6 weeks, at first i thought it would be a struggle but im now nearly 4 weeks PO and i love not wearing a bra and letting them go free, they dont move.

I work in an office, and im wearing a supportive vest from primark, with my blouse and a cardi, it still looks dressy and everyone at work knows i had a BA so they dont say anything.

It depends on what surgeon u have and if u have unders or overs depending if they want u to wear a sports bra.

i had 340/300 unders xx

yeah me i have never wore 1 x

i was told to wear one if i wanted for comfort but it wasnt a must so i wore one the 1st two weeks post op and my boobs hadnt dropped! I took it off and boom 2days later my right boob dropped! still waiting for my left to follow tho lol but i think u r so much btr off not wearing one! i had 460 unders xxx

How can you tell when you’ve dropped?

Ive just been out and bought loads so I hope I need them. Im having unders so Im confused now.. I will ask the nurse in a couple of weeks
