Sports Bra

Hi,

Do you know if you can change your sports bra 4 days post op? also the antibiotics- are these making anyone really tired?

You can change your bra when ever you like hun, nice to put fresh on!!! and I wouldnt say it was the antibiotics that made me tierd it was the pain killers xx

oh thats good- i thought i had to keep the same one on until the dressings were changed!! will change it tonight!! need a fresh one!! im so tired i dont know whats wrogn with me

My painkillers are making me exhausted & making me have the weirdest dreams!! I can guarantee, 20 mins after taking them I need ti have a nap, can’t keep my eyes open!

I have 2 sports bras and a macom & have been rotating them daily. Although I bought f & g cup bras and the f cup really is to tight to wear!

How you feeling now Charlie? My incisions are itching like crazy, are yours? Xx

Im so happy i can change it now- I brought the tescos sports bars- but are sligtly padded is that ok ? i have a compression one on like macom on at the moment!!

I brught double d but not sure what size i am- had to pop into work this am ( 5 days post op) and feeling so naucsions but the pain is bearable- worried i have overdone things though and the scars will be bacd!! im not on the painkillers- they made em through up!! the worst thing about this is my gut- im so swollen its doign my head in!!
