What sports bra are you wearing hun? The only times where they said its ok is when you shower. I had both macom and m&s ones i hated both of them especially the m&s one i dont understand whats the rave about them as they dig in my armpit which i hated. 5 days post op i went to get the primark ones since then i wear only them much more comfortable 🙂

I have the asda ones, the lady I saw at MYA said they was the best ones their customers had found? It’s just driving me crazy I feel like they are strapped up all the time lol! Ah well 3 more weeks to go and I’m hoping I can get away without wearing one at night again

Ohhh yours might be different to mine because my sizes just came in small, medium and large!! But I wore the large for most of the 6 weeks and it wasn’t too tight just enough support and was really comfy! Now all the swelling has gone down I have been wearing the medium!! x

Yes i heard asda ones are comfy too so you should be ok thats a bit odd or maybe the back size is too small? Thats strange that you feel still strapped up id say try bigger sizes or bigger back size too cause i felt strapped in the m&s ones, the macom i was ok i just didnt like the fabric but in the primark ones im good so try changing around and see whats most comfy for you hun cause i know the feeling i was dying from my previous bras :/

The best one for me with my uplift and implant a where debhams This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.
