Sports Bra

Hi Girls. I am preparing for my BA on the 5th Feb and making sure i prepare in advance lol. I need advice on what types of sports bra do you recommend and were can i buy good ones and how many pairs do i buy. xxx

I’d say get a macom to start off with, just for your first week or so of lounging around the house – then for definite get a shock absorber ultimate run. You need to be measured for them as they’re funny fitting but you’ll not find anything more comfortable/supportive.
I had some M&S front fastening ones but they irritated my incisions as the seams rested on them…
I’d definitely recommend the shock absorber 🙂 xx

Ide say just shock ab as tbe 1st -2 weeks are so important to have the best and strongest support I had macc and my shock ab bra with my 1st op with implants n uplifts and my sugroen pick the mac up and took one look and tossed it back in to my bag and said wot a wasted of money I hate these there no good how is that able to support your implants in that and keep them of your inssions mac are meant to used on lady’s with breast cancer or other things nursing mothers n old lady’s x

Ahhh omg really ok i think ill deffo go for the one your have referred me on as I really want the best for my recovery and not affecting any of my inscisions or anything. Ahhh cheers chick really happy now xxxx
