Sports bra AGGRAVATION!!!

Ok girls I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and am sick of wearin sports bras on nights out now… Can we wear just normal non underwired bras as were so limited on what u can wear with these sports bras!!

I don’t have a sport bra. My bras were called post surgery non wired and got it from asda. Black and has red rose details on it (looks nice), do have some white and black once too. Give good support and they don’t look too nasty )) Still straps are a bit thick so you wouldn’t be able to wear everything x

Sarahjay I was advised by my nurse and surgeon I could get measured and wear underwires post op 3/4weeks, depending on how I feel about it. As long as I don’t feel it irritating my incision.

I bought M&S non wired bras and one nice one from bodas- which I will still wear after 6 weeks is up. some of them are really nice- also if your size is available debenhams have a sale on non wired- just type into google- beats post surgery and sports bras.

yup- same as sports bras really just have smaller straps- will depend on how heavy the new girls are though- if you have gone up quite a lot you may need top wear thicker straps but its good to get one or two [most are two packs for 12pounds] for when you go out as they have regular bra straps. x
