Sports bra back size?help!

Hey im having my ba in a week i beed to order my macom but currently a 34 back and the nurse said it wont change my back size but iv seen few girls saying they have gone up a back size! Any help as to order a 34 or 36 macom dont want it soo tight cant breathe but same time need good support.! Please Help please as need to buy it quickly! Thanks girls xxx

Go up a back size hun, my nurse told me the same thing but experience from my initial BA proved that you swell. I am a 34 but am currently in a 36 back size after my re aug last week xx

Ive ordered mine from m&s just. Im usually a 32b but ordered a 34d as I was told to order a d. X

i ordered a 34 in a macom which is what i normally am and i bought m&s ones in a larger back size but i didnt swell at all so have always used the 34 since my op! x

Will the sports bra crop tops from sports direct and tesco be ok to have cz it has no stitching which is what i was told to avoid!? Im confused cos want a few cheaper ones aswell as the macom? X

macoms will adapt to your swelling, as long as you don’t shoot up a few back sizes, so no worries there Most girls do gain a back size in their first two weeks, due to swelling, but if your comfy in your post op bra, don’t change it, as comfort is one of the most needed things afterwards.
I measure a 30 back, but wear a 32 back (after and before my first op), I do have 34dd sports bra that I still wear, just on the tightest hook for when I’m feeling rather fat xx
