    Hi ladies,

I know this sounds silly but how should our sports bras fit?

I have a shock absorber that I think fits well when I’m stood up but as soon as I lie down the straps don’t even touch my shoulders so isn’t holding my new ladies up they just sit in it, if this makes sense!
Over the last couple of days I can weirdly feel my implant move sometimes and I’m worrying that it’s because they haven’t been properly supported! I’m 2 weeks post op. Is this normal?! It makes me feel sick when it happens!

Please can someone help with how they should fit and any good bras with maybe adjustable straps that may sort my issue!?

    Thanks girls

Brill thanks @mush, no didn’t get fitted as nowhere close so tried to ordered loads online but still struggled! Think I need to just take a trip to be fitted!

Do you think the implant moving is normal too? It feels horrible like it pops in/out at the top?!

Hey sweetie yes it’s normal for the implants around more so with over the muscle feel free to add me pls wot size is your shock ab as mine 36F on top of 590cc implants and my bust size is 32GG so you can see the shock ab is done by width you got a debhams near by they do them and will be happy to fit you up and at the more there down to £20 instead of £38 xx

Thanjs @Mush78 for your help Hun. My shock abs is a 34dd, I’m normally a 32 but went up as was too tight couldn’t even fasten! Had 295 and 365 overs. It feels snug on the cup it’s just the straps when I lay down to sleep and they are the tightest they will go :-/ think I may just travel to the nearest debenhams and get measured properly like you said! I have a 36D m&s zip up that when i lie down the straps bend and fold forward so doesn’t feel supportive, ordered a 34DD sports bra and cant fasten it :\ my macom was a 36 but my mums taken it in on the sewing machine to make it a 34 as they’re all sold out!! Might have to go an get measured too!!

Defo get fitted for it chick my 1st op was 32G and shock at the time was 36DD the cup. N the shock ab have snap back in them which go to a well bigger sizes but the band is more important you get this right and it will drop in to place and straps will be good by the sounds of it I’m thinking around 36c for you just go in and get fitted xx
