sports bra help also please :)

My surgery is tomorrow. i have 2 macoms in a medium. However when it comes to buying sports bra’s they are all cup sizes and i have no idea what cup size i will be.

I’m a 34b now and i am having 460cc in one boob and 340cc in the other…to even them out.

Any ideas? x
