sports bra? how long?

how long will i need to wear a sports bra? i have a night out about 3 weeks after my op? will i be ok to dance etc and should i wear 2 sports bras lol ??? xx

I was told to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks, I’m now nearly 3 months post op and I still sleep in one as it’s more comfortable. I went out about 2 weeks post op and was fine dancing in my sports bra, just not too much stretching or arm waving!

I had mr.traynor and he advises no sports bra for unders… Sooo mine are all freeeeeee

really, no sports bra way hey lol…. what happens at the pre op can i ask more questions? xx

Hey hun, i was told if i wanted to take my sports bra off after even a week for a few hours for a night out, i was fine to do so as long as i put it back on when i returned home. Make sure you go bra-less though, don’t take your sports bra off and put a diff bra like a push up ones or whatever lol xx

Shock absorber and macom and royce bras are all meant to be really good. I brought a royce bra that buttons up at the front so it kept my boobs well supported and close together and it also meant i didn’t have to stretch my arms to fasten it at the back. There are cheaper ones available that some ladies buy from asda, primark etc too. x
