Hi ladies im 6 weeks post op from my revision surgery an will be starting back at exersice soon, previously i wore the m&s high impact sports bra but i dont think it was supportive enough so this time i want something that holds me in more. Thing is im confused, to get it really tight an supportive do you go down in cup size or is it tight in your usual size?? I dont want to be able to feel my boobs bouncing around lol any really good ines about? Xx

I got the shock absorber bra, for the band size, measure your underbust and go for the closest. My underbust is about 29 atm, and I got a 30e… the first time on it was a struggle doing it up, but they loosen a bit with wear and now it’s much comfier whilst staying supportive. I’ve started cardio again and after trying one shock absorber, i’ve gone and bought a load more! They’re fab xxx

Im 30 underbust, an 37 overbust if i do it quite firmly usually about 38.5 but i want the sports bra to be quite snug on me because i think my other one contributed to me needing a revision surgery thats why i want to make sure its really supportive. I was just looking at some shock absorbers just dont know what size to order now lol xx

I’d guess at a 30f… but try googling the boob or bust calculator. That calculation is what I based my shock absorber size on and it’s a perfect fit xxx
