Sports bra size help

I’m now worrying that the sports bra I’m wearing is the wrong size. I’m normally a 32b/c and I bought a 34e but the back size seems painfully tight; I know it’s supposed to be tight on my breasts but I’ve no idea how it’s supposed to fit around my back?

I have no idea either. I’m going to email my PC tomorrow and ask the nurse on Weds. I’m only a few days post op and believe the tighter the better albeit really uncomfortable! x

I used to wear a 32 and I’ve had to wear a 36 back post op!! Can’t fit in anything smaller, I think as long as it feels supportive it’s fine Xx

I’ve had such an annoying (& expensive) time with sports bras! I bought a Macom and a 34e Asda one at first but straight after surgery the Asda one was way too small so I bought a bigger size in it which then was too big when the swelling went down, so I bought another Macom.

I found with the macoms that they didn’t fit me properly under my boobs so it caused so much irritation I felt like crying every time I did any movement! So now I’ve bought two from m&s which are the best and so comfy. Their tight but not really tight, tbh after the soreness from the Macom bras being a little loose I’d definitely say the tighter the better xx

Thank you Hannah, sorry you’ve had such a stressful time of it! I wish they could give some insight after surgery. It constantly feels like burning underneath my breasts. I have an M&s one size 34e but think I’m going to get a 36e to see how it fits x

Just in case anyone wanted an update I got a softer bra in 36e and it was an instant relief! I cannot explain how much comfier I am

did you get the bra from a M&S store or the website?
are they soft?
how are they different from others?
i have a M macom,
a 32 DD and 34E from ebay lol
and a 34E and 36 E from asda
im going to sell the ones i dont use and wear to get my money back from them 🙂

From a store. I got two different ones; one is entirely white and the other has a bit of pink with black straps. I personally prefer the all white one. It was £22 I believe.
