Sports bra (sorry another Q on this!)

How much of the day are you in a sports bra? I’m wearing one 24/7 apart from when I’m in the shower. I’ve read so much online where it says it’s good for you to leave the bra off so your breasts fall into the pocket. My nurse or surgeon never really went into detail about how much you should wear it xx

Hi Ellie I was told to wear my sports bra 24/7 for the whole 6 weeks, only to take it off to shower and put clean one on etc x x

Oh thank you for the reply. I do find the sports bra really comfy so don’t mind wearing it:) just can’t wait for two weeks when I can remove the Breast band. We’re be all ready for summer 🙂 xx
