Sports bra squeezing on incisions?

3 days PO just really feel like my sports bra is squeezing and pinching my incisions, it hurts so much is this normal? X

Ouch I feel for you! What bra do you have? I recommend the MaCom as it’s the best for post surgery – does up at the front so it’s easy to put on and you can make it as tight or loose as you need. It also has no seams and goes down below your scars and above your boobs so it’s more comfortable than the others. You also only need to buy one size as it has expandable cups.

I am less than 24hours post op and have my Macom on at mo although I only have to wear breast band cos its so comfy and I was too scared to sleep without it. It doesn’t touch my incisions at all that I can feel. Highly recommended x

I put a sleep bra on under my sports bra you can get them online or in bhs and still do at night ( 6 weeks po ) for comfort they reccomend you wear one at night anyway to help retain the shape ! X
