Sports Bra too tight?

Hi i am nearly two weeks post op and am in my sports bra – it is really tight and a bit uncomfortable but im not surely whether its just because they are still very sore or whether it is too tight? May be a silly question but can it do any harm if its too tight? ill just grin and bear it if not? xx
