Sports bra with strapping?

Hi girls had my ba today all went really well completely forgot to ask if u should wear my sports bra over the strapping or once it’s off can any1 give me some advice of what you was told thanks xx

The nurse said to me you don’t have to until the strapping comes off but you can if you want to, I wear mine if I go out just for a bit of extra support xxx
