Is it worth getting an expensive one like the Macom and then getting a few pairs of the cheaper ones from the likes of asda or primark. Can anyone actuslly recommend a bra they have used and thought to be good and not irritate the scars etc?! I’m totally feeling clueless as to what bras to get and thought people could help out from personal experience. Thank you <3

I found for me the best one was the primark yoga bra – it’s a bit longer than your usual sports bra and there is no stitching on the inside (I am wearing it on my profile picture). So it goes over the incisions very nicely xx

I’ve always used this one with my op and it’s best one out there for 3runing it’s pricey but if it’s going to be strong for the Dolly’s I don’t mind paying out for them This Shock Absorber ultimate run sports bra

Hun I’m still post op too (op on 18th) and have bought one from asda, 2 different ones from primark, 2 macoms and 2 of the shock absorber run. Best to have plenty to choose from as everyone is difdetent. Keep receipts and tags on then you can always return or exchange. If you go for shock absorber they are down to £30 in debenhams at the moment and if you go for macom use code MYBREAST at the checkout for 15%off xxx

I’ve tried few different ones to be fair and found that they wasn’t as good as my shock ab a lot of girls have said the same but for me the sports bra has a job to do and it’s got to keep your implants in place and take the weight of the implants up and off scarring and when u on the move it dose absorb the shock my surgoen hates Macon bras and said they are manly used for Brest cancer lady’s who has there breast takin off but for me with paying 7k I want nothing but the best for my dollys xx
