sports bras?

help!! which is the best sports bra to get I’m reading all diff reviews on macom asda tesco and m&s… its confusing me xx

i went for asda as it was recommended by my PC! and at first i think light support is better. once ive had them il invest in a more expensive high impact sports bra either from m&s or shock absorber whcih i can check fit.the asda ones are 2 for £7 and i made rice sizers to check it should fit post op!

that way il also be able to feel how supported i feel in each one rather than guess work and i know it will fit!xx

I got an m & s zip front one and it’s been my favourite. Boobs totally supported even in bed x

I got the size I am now , the m and s bra sits lower so it doesn’t rub on your scars as well . I’ve got it on now 🙂 x

Iv got a shock absorber and m and s one but I’m buying a macom one when my size comes into stock, think I will be a lot more comfortable in it.
