hi girls – looking to start running again tomorrow after my ba, I’m now measuring a 30/32dd or a 32d in one style of bra. I’ve just been to asda to buy a sports bra but with the dd and d they’re smallest band size is a 34, which just didn’t fit!!
does anyone know of any shops that do sports bras in a 32dd? most of my new bras are that size but I’d like to try as Many as i could if poss.
I used to run too and I found the shock absorber bra was amazing and 100% worth the extra money! The one i used to wear was their level 4 original one. Figleaves sell it at 2 for £40 however i’d recommend you either order a couple of sizes or try it on at a department store first to be sure of the best size but I swear there’s absolutely no boobie movement when you run!

Spend the extra money and get the bra fitted at john lewis or Debenhams. I would not go for anything but shock Absorber ones, they are amazing. I find the racer back ones the best so that they support you at the top as well as under your boobs.
