Went to tescos to get the high impact sports bra Cuks so kindly suggested, and found it doesn’t support me half as much as i need LOL! Are they supposed to bounce still in a sports? I’m an F cup but tried the E, D/D, and D cup and my boobs still bounced. I can’t afford the mega brand ones :( Need soemthing really supportive for horse riding & running. I was thinking of maybe using instead just a bra with the macom over top, both done up really tight. Any suggestions?

shock absorbers are supposed to be very good

(Shock Absorber works with your body, combining great design, performance fabrics and a unique support level to match your bra size, back size and activity levels.

A good sports bra is as essential as good running shoes.Research has shown that a Shock Absorber reduces 3D breast movement by up to 74%,giving you the ultimate comfort and confidence) that is what they say about them……………….

I dunno if maybe i needed to try a C cup instead but they didn’t have many sizes to choose from. Don’t they make ones that literally keep your boobies in place and totally still? I always thought that’s what sports bras did but all the ones i’ve tried i’m like, this is no different to a normal bra lol. The tesco ones are only £7 though so not to be sniffed at :)
