I knew I was going to be big after my ba, and didn’t know what to do about sports bras so I ordered a Macom in 34back, it was tight after my ba and my new boobs just were popping out, so I bought a shock absorber sports bra in the biggest size possible 36gg which was the.biggest I could find on very! It was too tight, all because of the swelling! So I struggled for 3 weeks I bought a few from Tesco and m&s knowing they were soft nursing bras but the shock absorber was giving me pain, now my swelling has reduced tremendously and my shock absorber fits perfect! And my macom is good to wear under clothes as it falls quite low, I only have my shock absorber which gives the best support so live in that,
So I advise you girls to buy a shock absorber in the size your surgeon predicts you’ll be, Mr traynor said 36gg and I’m measuring just that at 6 Weeks! Also I think wearing softer nursing bras helped the dropping of my implants but if I carried on they’d no doubt sag quicker! Xx
