Sports bras / post op bras – help

Hi, I have my op in just over two weeks , confused on what sports bra or post op bras to get!! Was gonna get Macom but read a few things on here saying they were not very supportive !! Advice please girls ?? Xx

i’ve heard macoms aren’t great and my nurse said waste of money. got myself a zip up shock absorber for easy on and off 🙂 its black & £20 on house of fraser website at the moment. then i’m gonna get a few others when i’ve had strapping off so i can try them on and get the right size 🙂 good luck. xx

I’ve ordered one macom and one shockabsorber. Both front fastening 🙂 xo

I ordered 4 from Asda at £8 each. All front fastening. Very comfortable supportive and a great price. Xx

I got two for wash days but if it’s only 6 weeks you could wear cheep one for a few hours while that is being washed I get u little info on them so u know weather it suits your needs of not http://shockabsorber.co.uk/en/products/ xx

I ordered that one on house of Fraser but could only get one as only had 1 in 32dd ! Need to get a 32e to use at first when I have the swelling but so hard to find that size in stock!! X

Hey girls u need to be fitted for that bra as its done by width I’m a 32GG/H but my sports bra is 36F if get wot I mean

How to measure yourself

When measuring, remember to wear a bra, keep the tape measure straight and snug and make sure it’s warm!

A – CUP MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body at the fullest part of the bust. Don’t have the tape measure too tight that it flattens your bust.

B- ACTUAL AROUND BODY MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body underneath your bust. Pull the tape measure quite tight.
