Sports bras- post op

Hi girls, I am 3 weeks 4 days post op and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it would be ok to have my sports bra off to go out for about 6 hours if I put it straight back on when I get in? So hard to find outfits that cover it!!

I really wouldn’t risk it for that long, we wouldn’t be advised to wear it 24 hours a day for atlas at 6 weeks of it wasn’t necessary. If somebody ended up bumping into you, or you inadavertantly hurt yourself, you’d feel terrible after! It’s just not worth it xx
Have you tried some other bras? The Yianna for example is lower cut? Or looking for a bra that would suit your outfit x
