Sports bras??? Underwired or not? X

I have to get a sports bra to wear I’m 5 days post op, is it best to get underwired or not?? Can’t seem to find any nice ones either!!!

hi hun – you can’t wear underwire bras of any kind for the first 6 weeks. You have to let your scars heal properly.

Just been for my 6 week check and finally given the ok to wear an underwire bra again.

Best sports bras are asda or tesco, or go for the macom

I can only find one sports bra at tesco and it only goes up to a b cup!? Xxxx

I ordered the Macom – mention MYA and you’ll get a discount, it came really quickly and the only measurement is the back as the cups expand to fit, haven’t had my op yet but it feels really cimfy and does up at the front so I imagine it’ll make getting changed easier. It’s a surgical bra so best designed for what you need it for x
