Hi ladies, I’m currently a 30C, and I’m looking to archives a DD cup after op, so will I need to get the sports bra in DD cup or will I need to get other sizes as well just on the safe side? Can the sports bras you get for surgery still fits after fully recover because I wish to still be able to use them for gym later on?

Hey chick I’ve used two years ago with my full uplift and implants and a re op no1 you can get these n Debhams and they are really good this is so strong the stretch and snap back and keep you n place at all times this was by far the best ones then Asda n M&S ones This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.
    High impact

Thanks Ayesha, I’ve been shopping around and actually found the shock absorber ones the best too. You reassure me again about the brand of sports bra to purchase. What about size? Do you think I should just go for the DD? x x

Hey hun so close to your op date lol it must be frustrating buying sports bras as you’re not actually sure what size you’re gonna be, what did your surgeon or consultant tell you to get? Must they be skin restricting or can they be a little bit big I don’t even know!! Cos for me I would probably just get the smaller size but wouldn’t wanna cause myself unneccesary pain.. Update me on here so I know for my op as I’m sure I will be buying my sports bras as soon as I have my deposit paid and date booked! 😀 I’m gonna add you now hope you don’t mind xx

Yes, not long now, just hope I can get my admission time tomorrow so I can start to plan my journey there.
My clinic nurse told me Mr Traynor don’t like he Macom bra, so she asked me to get the front fastening sports bra one chest size bigger than my normal size. I’m normally a 30 so I got 32. I’m a 30C and expecting a DD after op, so I already bought a 32DD shock absorber front fastening sports bra (the one with green strips) couple of weeks ago. I just love this sports bra so much and it feel quiet snug when tried on. So I measured 2 bags of rice each weight 350cc(the implants size I choose) and tried the in the sports bra and I can visualise my post op size. The sports bra feels tight with the extra volume in it but feels like it should keep the new boobies in place very good. I must said this sports bra is rather sexy too

I also bought the Shock Absorber Run sports bra yesterday from house of Fraser (they were £5 off). I got 3 different sizes (32DD, 32E and 34DD) to try and will return the unsuitable ones ☺️
