Spots on boobs after surgery

I’m 2 months post op and I keep getting bad spots on boobs! Has anyone had this before?

Hiya huh, I’m only 1 week post op however I spoke to my nurse the other day and mentioned I had an oily chest and she said it’s totally normal and people will either get spots or oily skin and she said it’s because that part of your body is changing and can take a while for everything to settle x

I’m 3 weeks post op and I noticed my chest was quite oily which was strange as it usually doesn’t happen
So to prevent spots I used a sensitive makeup and dirt remover I use to take my makeup off with I was told by my surgeon I might get oily skin as some reported back they got this too
So far it’s worked I used cotton pads and went over my chest area a few times morning and night so far so good
try it see if they clear it I use the Garnier skin active micellar cleansing water in the pink bottle
