Spots on chest

hey ladies can anyone recommend a spot cream i seem to have quite a few spots on my chest as i was worried about washing my boobs properly lol all is fine with the assets just wanna clear these spots up now x x

After never having spots on my chest before the op, I have them all the time now. They were at their worst for the first couple of weeks after surgery, but I still get a good few even at six months post op. Its shit! X

me too how weird! i never had them before but get them alot now..wonder why, could be the bio oil etc im still using? i use superdrug tea tree spot stick x

I know im not impressed lol i used to get them occasionally but im 16 days po and they have been there since day 1. IV got the freederm now so ill let u all know how it goes think it was £4.40 for a tiny tube x x

It is good recommended for spots or acne dries them up it will b all the oil/creams your using maybe a weekly sauna will unclog ur pores xx

Just a quick unrelated question do you by any chance know when we can go swimming ?? want to start taking my daughters 1&3 yr olds lol x

I’ve been using bio oil and cocoa butter to try and make my skin a bit better before op and now I’m starting to get spots on my chest too! xx

I have spots too but put it down to weeks of cocoa butter and bio oil!! Anyone know how long we are supposed to keep the moisurising up post op? X

So is cocoa butter n bio oil the best things to use??xx
