standard impalnts or inspira???

hi al……am a bit confused about types of implants mya use? at my consults i wasnt offered any diff type of implant and jus wonderr if any of u can explain the difference in them etc? and are any of u goin with any paticular type of implant and wat are ur reasons?? sorry 4 all questions but i wasnt told bout the diff types?xx
