I only had 380 and I measure a 32ff now!!! Look about a D/D in clothes. I think 460 will be plenty, and almost certain you’ll end up more than a D/D lol xx

I am having my op in october and i was given the choice of 380, 410 and 460. I am a 34 empty b now and want to look a D/DD. I have decided to have the 380s. I have seen lots of pics on here of people who also had the 380 and they have looked pretty big! I think 460 will defo be bigger than a DD! xx

Saying that though, i would have gone bigger given the chance. I’d take the biggest they offer. Even if they look bigger than D/D, they won’t look out of proportion. Mr. K especially is known for never suggesting sizes that won’t look right on your frame :)

I had 380 unders from flat and now a 32f! Look a full D cup though.

Although im really thin my boobs dont look big at all!
