Steph so pleased your ok,try to put a pillow oblong ways just under your bottom so that it supports the base of your back honey,this might help,it does get better,pack your pillows so that the bottom of your back is less arched,I had mine like a ski slope,I had 2 v pillow one to support my neck and one at the base of my back,4 normal pillow too,happy healing lovely,once you feel up to it,gentle walks around the furniture will get everything moving again but do not try to do too much,we are all here for you,big hugs.xxxx
