steri strips

im 14 days post op

when can i stop using steri strips??

I would start leaving them off now hun so long as your scars are healed or almost healed…mine started healing so much better once the air got to them xx

well im assuming they shud be ok, nurse never said they werent healed at 9 days x

I had a few visits to the nurse cos i had an uplift and the last few times she wanted to leave the steris off but at the time i couldn’t bear to look at them so i prob kept them on longer than i needed to! I’m sure you will be fine hun xx

there off, god feels weird seeing it like they are though, they look really good though from what i cud see n then i cringed n stopped looking

No probs hun…it is strange at first when they come off, but you will soon get used to it xx
