Stick with 410cc or should I go 460?? x

So I have my pre-op next month to finally decide on size. I was offered 380 & 410cc so I decided to go 410. I’ve now booked another appointment with my surgeon on the same day as pre-op to see if I can have 460cc. However, after reading some posts of girls that have 460’s and maybe wish they went smaller im nervous and wondering whether I should just stick with the 410’s after all? Confused.com x

I had 460 hun, and yes I did think I’d gone too big, but you get used to them so quickly seriously they look small to me now haha! But I was offered 410 or 460…so I took the biggest I was offered. So if 410 was the biggest you were offered take that. Trust your surgeon with size they know what theyre doing x x x

Thanks hun, Just so scared im gonna be disappointed that their not gonna be big enough. Can’t wait for them just to be in and be done with. Oh and I just read ya other post hun, MASSIVE congrats on Tom finally coming to his sences xxx

What made you decide that Belle? Whats ya current size & stats if you don’t mind me asking? x

It really depends on the look you want. My surgeon told me he will try to do biggest size that looks natural as I was after the natural look. Now I feel they are a little bit small but my husband thinks I’m being silly as they look v natural I think he did a good job and I want to look good without clothes as bigger implants can start looking fake if they are too big for your frame. Your surgeon will know best so go with his suggestion as they have done so many ops. Also bear in mind unders get bigger with time so if they are too big they are likely to get bigger if you are having unders. But then again bigger implants look better in clothes but then so does a good bra.

i had my op on friday i had 420cc from a 34a with dr k i would of went for the next size up but he said 420cc would be the max he would offfer me but to be honest im only 5ft3 so i think 420cc is good for me

I am quite petite. 5ft, 7stone11, size 6 top, 32/34aa.

I asked what’s the biggest I can go while still looking natural and he said 380 under. I thought they looked too small so he said I can have 410 over but they would start to look fake. I thought they looked small aswell so asked for bigger and he said 460 is the biggest I can have unless I have 2 ops.

It was so hard to decide, I was going to have the biggest but I don’t want too fake and because I am so small I think I will look silly. I’d much rather wish I had gone bigger and wear padded bras than wish I’d gone smaller.x

Also, how old are you and do you have kids? Do you want more? I don’t have kids and will more than likely have another ba when I do so can always go bigger then.x

Hey Belle. Im 29 and don’t have kids yet. (being 100% honest I don’t know if I can have kids as I had TSS a couple of years ago which now might have caused problems) so don’t know if they’ll need doing again so soon so rather get it right first time round. Im 5ft 6 and 8st 5lb currently a 32a/b so just want the size to be right. x

Speak to your surgeon and see what he says. If I was a b I would def have the 460s x

only just seen this post, im a 410 v 460 girl.

i was offered 380 and 410 but after reading loads of post saying go bigger i contacted surgeon and asked for 460, he did say yes cause im tall and could probably carry them but i dont think they would look natural.

i was so happy and was in the 460 club for about a week, then i started seeing post from a few girls that had 460 and said they were happy but a size down would have been ok to. i know that because of my height i will carry them but i think i have gone back to the 410! everyone says theres not much in 50cc so i am looking at it the other way, if there is not much in it then then if i want to make them appear bigger ill get a good wonderbra on!!

i am also worried about stretch marks and numbness so if i go for 410 what he recommended then i will also reduce the chance of this happening.

i am having my ba on 16 march but have to decide by thursday as my PA needs to order the 460 if i decide on them.

Hey Carmel. Im so glad you posted saying what you did because I am in exactly the same boat. Offered 380 and 410. Then saw posts saying go bigger so booked to see surgeon again to ask for 460’s (which isn’t until 26th March) and then saw girls posts saying their unhappy and wish maybe they went smaller. My op isn’t until 16th April (which feels ages away) so still have lots of time to decide but it’s all I think about. Boob size, boob size, boob size. Driving me crazy! I guess your right in terms of going smaller and then wearing a wonderbra but just can’t wait to not have to wear them anymore.

Hi belle i think if you are 5ft i would prob go smaller as iam 5ft 3 size 8 and i had 380 unders also i have had 2 children, i think if i would of gone any bigger than 410 they would of looked fake hope this helps x x

hun just be careful u dont look top heavy mr traynor said if i go any bigger than 410c cuz im 5ft 3 i will start to look top heavy x x but their aint much difference in 410 and460 x x

Id take biggest you can get if i were you! I wished Id been able to get 1 size bigger lol but it wasnt humanly or medically possible

im 5,9 10st 7lb size 10 and a 34b at the moment. i really liked the 410 as rice boobs and its a really big difference to what i am now.

i am currently sticking with 410 but i am very indecisive and might change my mind again before thursday.

my friend is having her BA tomorrow at south cheshire with mr t and she is going for 460 she is alot smaller in height than me but is a size 10 and about 10st. she is not on the site. i am going seeing her thursday to see how they look freshly done then i will know what to do thursday night.

Hey Carmel. Thats good that you get to see first hand how they will look. Keep us posted with what you think and what you ended up going with. A 30/32 back will make 410’s look bigger won’t they compared to a 34 or 36 back? Am I right in thinking that or is that completely wrong? x

Yes that’s about right because you’re smaller than someone with a 34 or 36 back. What do you measure around your ribs? 30? or have you rounded up to get to 30/32? x

Hey Belle, I got the surgeon to measure me properly while I was there and he said I was between 30 & 32 a/b (Doesn’t really help). I thouht you were either a A or a B not inbetween. x

Ok girls I finally decided on the 460! They have been booked and ordered! No changing my mind now….but to be honest I tried one 410 in and one 460 in the other and there really was nothing in it! So I opted bigger! 12 days tomorrow yeah!

Oh and while walking to the clinic I saw Richard fleeshman ( he’s staring in ghost the musical at opera house manchester)! So that was my spot a celeb for the week done lol!’

Hey Carmel. You must feel a real weight has been lifted from ya mind. Thats exactly what im gonna do when I see my surgeon at my pre-op I think. 410 in one and 460 in the other. I know there’s only 50cc difference between them but there’s also 80cc difference between them and the lowest I was offered which may make a difference when they are in side you.

Also been looking at cute bra’s and they only tend to go upto DD’s which is really annoying when Fake boobs measure bigger than they actually look.

Don’t wanna measure an E or F and have no variety in lingerie.
