Stick with mya or got with transform???

STUCK….would prefer mya, but they dont have many space for when i really need my ba done, no cancellations only night cases and i cant afford the extra 400. Transform will do it cheaper, plus over night stay and free if i need any ops or them redone after…not sure if mya offers this, i know they do after care but dont know if that includes if i needed them done say after another baby.

I have a date with mya but i need it 3 weeks before, but tranform can offer me that date id just have to do the see consultant/surgeon thing all over again. Id prefer not to, but is this my only choice, iv heard some girls have had money taken off, if u could get say 400/500 taken off i could afford to do a night case, and get it early like i had hoped. Is this poss???

Push for what you want hun, If MYA cant do it then go with Transform.

Im a strong believer in fate and things happening for a reason so if Mya cant do what you want then maybe you’re meant to go with Transform.

A the end of the day, you’re paying alot of money so it should all be done when you want it

will you be seeing the same surgeon? how do you know transform can offer you a date closer? you need to think about if you cancel with MYA and book with transform you might not be happy after your consult then you’d have to swap back and maybe hav your op later or stick with it but not be 100% happy, i think it would be better to choose surgeon/company over a date. xx

I know, i mite get the hubbie to talk to my pc im not very good with pushing but he has the gift of the gab lol so mite get him to give her a call hehe. I really need the start of may as fits in with all my plans this year….earliest i can get is 27th which messes me up. They have night cases at start of may but cant afford the extra so maybe be can get her to get it a day case rate for me. x

I Had my first consultation with mya in Jan, my second (with the surgeon they recommend and spoke highly of) in feb and choose my date… Well I didn’t because I had to wait ageesss for the surgeons dates to come through.

Eventually I got the 5th of April.

Since feb until now, they have changed my hospital THREE times! …and not actually told me directly , iv found out myself!

And now I have heard my surgeon might not even be in this country on the 5th!! So after my partner and family taking time off work that week… I might not be having my op… And there’s a week to go? All this messing around… And iv paid £3850… Then I hear other girls have paid less… It’s a shame but MYA aren’t as good as you might think… To say we pay a few thousand pounds they don’t treat u very well.

Thanks everyone, as i said first week of may would be perfect for me, i was beat to the 6th may by someone 5mins before i booked it this would have been the perfect date, altho i would prefer a day case i wouldnt mind a night case just dont have the extra to pay for it.

MYA MODERATOR: thanks for that would really appriciate it, i have ask my pc to look for cancellations but nothing as yet, if i could get the night case first week of may for what im paying for the daycase would really help me out.

CHRISTINE: They have told me they can get me it done with in a few days if i want, they have some surgeons the same and i have seen some of their work looks fab, and they have 37 years of experience. They said i can have a consultation tomrrow if i want so i wont need to cancel with mya as i havent paid it all yet. im not chosing just the date, i only went with mya as only one i really knew about but now have the info on transform they also seem to be quite well known with great outcomes also. so if the surgeons seem to get the thumbs up and they dates are good for me????

Really dunno tho as would prefer to stick with mya as got this far, but cant get the date at the price i need

Thats what im paying and iv seen people get it for like £3330!!! Transform let you stay over night no extra cost. They seem much more helpful on the phone to, everyone i have spoke to with mya on phone or chat on here say i dont know ask your pc or ask your surgeon when you see them, they werent even big questions, but the lady i spoke to at tranform answered everything easily.

I do want to stay with mya as i say i have seen surgeon etc, got this far, dont wanna really have to go thru all over again. Just think i should be helped out a little bit more like everyone else has with prices/dates. Hope i can get squeezed in somewhere xxx

Ah kool that sounds ok then, just didn’t want you to be even more unhappy, I have been let down by MYA but they rectified that and i’ve been happy so far. i know transform have lots of experience etc.. but they were actually run/owned by the same people who have MYA now for most of them years, hope you get something sorted. Let us know how you get on, xx

I persinally wouldnt go with transform!! I had a consultation Nd walked out!! They were most interested in my money than actally showing me anything. They were rude and unprofessional and slagged off mya amd other companies. Xx

Yes i know, transform offered me not after care ( i was offered this also) but in the next 3yrs if i need to have them redone for any reason it will be free, so was just saying if i have another baby and they looked diff transform would do them free, where as mya dont offer anything like that, just after care xxx

Really, they didnt slag mya off at all when i spoke to them they actually said they were a good companie, just told me what they offered that mya didnt. My sisters friend had them with transform and shes a model and hers look great, so thats only reason i looked at them and she also paid cheaper andwas looked after. decisions lool xx

I just like how personal mya are with you and from the first few meetings they were super nice. .. I didn’t really try others as I had a feeling MYA were the right ones for me, everyone is different and I suggest everyone shop around first. Price really shouldn’t be an issue though as the different is only a few hundred quid and its in your body for life, it’s service that matters the most!!

hi girls i was meant to have my op on 20th april then it was cancel, i paying loads of money 4711. and being a overnite stay. i dint get any money knocked off. and i didnt cancel the date.am alittle upset as im paying loads of money and didnt get offered any compensation throught cancellation. its caused problems as my husband booked time off with the army. ad now hes trying to change date t 27th coz thats my new date… im ok now, wrried its gonna happe again but my husband strongly isnt happy.what to do i ask my pc and she said she ask, still nuthing. money money money.. grrrr

Katie, I would check that aftercare if i were you, I can’t imagine any company offering to redo them because you have had a baby.

Most places will reop if they change from the original look but what they mean is bottoming out or rippling not post baby boobs.

I would definately call and check this if that is one of the reasons you are being swayed, and get it in writing!!!!! It’s easy enough for someone to say something but without any proof they can just go back on it again x

They won’t re do just be os u have a bby!?? Iv never been told that anyway! Seems bait extreme too, would cost them a bomb. Bottoming out n rippling yeah I can understand but the baby thing…nahh that sounds too good to be true.x

hi ros im not really bothered about that part of it altho did sound good when she told me did sound too good to be true yes, iv already had 2 babies and she said if i decided to have anymore and the shape changed or i wanted them lifted or anything this would be free, i just want to get my ba done as soon as with a good surgeon, mya seem perfect in all other ways, i would love to stick with them if they can offer me what i really need. x

Hopefully they will then, it’s always worth trying, at the end of the day it’s money they’re loosing!

Katiej, stick to day case, if u need to stay overnight they will try and charge u extra.. But don’t be fooled and pay it. My friend was like I’m not paying any more. They will not leave u out homeless!.. Haha, they have no choice but to care for u

I find mya pc too money hungry. Complain or change pc, I heard julie is good.

If u can wait, girls who have their ba for 3200- 3500 tend to be around november / december when it is the slow period cos people generally have no money with christmas presents and time off that money is tight for ba and other expensive things..

I was lucky then with my Mya PC Kayleigh from Manchester, very lovely lady. She kept in contact with me until the night of my post op checking out on me, the day before that she wished me luck too. She gave me generous compensation when dates kept on changing and hosp as well(i had to ask for it, but she sorted it all out for me). She let me pay the balance nearer the date of the op too, but thats prolly due to them bein flexible with me cos of all the changes with date, surgeon and hosp. At end of the day, i got my excellent customer service from them bec my PC insisted to explain to me what was going on with all the changes and offered me compensation and she didnt just disappear after i paid the balance. The nurse called me too to check out on me on my 2nd day. xx
