yeah the surgeon will access if u have enough breast tissue for overs… if u dont then they will recommend under ( goes under the muscle instead of over the muscle).. all impkants ripple so if u dont have enough breast tissue and they put them over the muscle u risk being able to se the rippling effect. also u will get that look where it looks like the implants have just been stuck on cos uve not enough fatty tissue to cover them. there are benefits of having under the muscle, they will have more of a natural slope, less risk of capsular contractor (where the body builds up too much scar tissue and breast implant goes very hard and can pop out of its pocket) and less chance of them sagging as u have the support of the muscle. xxx hope this helps. i always say listen to the surgeon they know best.. i have the bonest chest ever and figured i wud need unders and when i spoke to dr traynor and he told me unders too so im gonna go with that xxxx hope this helps xxxx
