STILL FIT MY PRE OP BRA! ABSOLUTELY DEVO.. 20 YEAR WAIT FOR NOTHING

Here you go ladies, maybe now you can see why I’m absolutely heartbroken, devastated beyond belief.. All my life I felt inferior as a woman because I was so flat chested! The day I finally decided “YES” I ‘m doin it, and booked my surgery was brilliant! I’m a lot older than you girls, my youngest daughter is severely disabled and special needs so for me to actually do this for myself, was massive. AND FOR WHAT, TO STILL FIT MY BLOODY PRE OP BRAS.. Trust in your surgeon they say, yeah cheers I’ve just blown 5 grand! And put myself and my family through upheaval.. For what?????

Is this with 375 cc? 🙁 So sorry you’re unhappy, I’m also really worried about spending all this money and going through the recovery in case I’m not satisfied with the size, otherwise I may as well just wear padded bras! x

Yeah Hun, 375cc overs.. I didn’t ask for them, I just told the surgeon what I wanted and left it to him… “THE PROFESSIONAL “! That bra is a 34A with a bra extender on because I could never fit, not even close a 36A cup. ?

Jo can see why your unhappy, have you spoken to your patient co ordinator? They are still obliged to listen and advise you on your concerns, they say it takes a year for you to truly see the final results of the implants but I would defiantly speak to someone now. £5k is a lot of money and it’s not only the money it’s finally getting the courage to something like this.
I wish I went bigger but I don’t think I could have because of the amount of breast issue I had, maybe that could have been the same for you however he should have let you know xx

Hey Hun, it looks small on cups look narrow…if your not happy with the results you should definitely talk to someone and arrange to see the surgeon or something maybe after all did pay a lot for you boobies and you need to be happy in yourself with them xxx

@misstw hey Hun, I’ve emailed her with pics, but I’ve been feeling they not right from the minute I saw them. They seem to be shrinking daily… I’m having a lot of trouble getting sports bras to fit now, the ones I was wearing are too big in cup size for me now the swelling has gone, and are giving no support, but because I need a 36 chest the cup sizes are all too big, the boobs just aren’t big enough ?

I can totally understand why you’re upset, I agree you should have been given bigger, & if it’s because there’s not enough tissue then he should’ve gone under the muscle, surely? The thing is, it’s all good & well saying ‘have revision surgery’ but how frustrating is that when you’ve already done it once? Especially when you have your hands so full at home?
It’s entirely justified to feel really gutted. I really, really hope they fix this for you, you so deserve to be happy with the results after years of waiting. no one should be left devastated with the results xxxx

@kimbers thank you Hun, yes when he said “overs” I questioned that because I thought going under would be better, and he said” no overs fine, you have beautiful skin”, so I wasn’t about to argue with the specialist!!! He saw how big I was, weight/size wise.. I didn’t hide it… My concern is about revision surgery is that yes, I’m older, and will they do a better job because it’s revision, I mean no one likes comebacks!!! Just can’t stop crying… Pretty sorry state of affairs when your 12 yr old daughter has bigger boobs than you when you’ve just had a boob job!!! Yep.. It’s true ??

I have a bit more breast tissue than you had pre-op & my surgeon didn’t even discuss going over – immediately said he was going under, wasn’t given the option. I’m sure they’ll listen to everything you have to say & try to make it right. Xxx

My surgeon gave me option of overs and unders and said its up to me and he also said if you go overs youl see outline of implant so he said i suggest unders but its your choice.
I ummed and arrghd for ages and decided unders and then he said he might not be able to fit 375cc under as i had hardly and tissue and really narrow and when i come round first thing i asked was size of implants and he did fit them.

I think mine are small but the muscles are holding them back.
If your unhappy deffo speak to mya again.
Why dont u go and get measured tomorrow to see what size u are for peace of mind

He didn’t give me the option Hun, he just said overs… I questioned it, and he still said overs.. I’m the complete opposite, he said I was very broad, and had a lot of chest space, so i have no doubts that bigger implants would have fitted.. really don’t know what he was thinking… but all i know is that i can still fit into my pre op bras, and that should not happen… AT ALL.. they should be scrap… specially after pointing out i wanted to be in proportion to rest of my body and at least a D cup…they are not getting bigger either, they have seriously shrunk in the last week.. so to gain 3 cup sizes is not gonna happen, I did get measured at Boux Avenue and i came up about a b cup…. which still isn’t exceptable… who the hell gets a boob job to go to a b cup!!!

He deffo could have been able to fit more i reckon 450cc would have been the perfect size for you. Who was ur surgeon?

Deffo if u get revision go under the muscle i know you loose some but it might be better for u.

It was Mr Marcellino.. yeah 450cc… can’t help think that maybe he’s never done a job on someone as big as me before… as it was i had mega insecurities about that as the total majority of ladies on here are size 8-10.. if this was the case he should have got me to get a second opinion, not fluke it and totally crush me… my confidence is worse now.. i don;t want to show my boobs again to my husband. Its just such a mess…. I can’t stop crying.. I don’t wanna even look at myself cause I just get so upset and angry… x

It’s so strange how it comes out different on everyone, I am surprised with 375 overs you’ve measured a b cup, on my first op I had overs and 365cc in one breast (asymmetric) and I measured a DD? Keep an eye on them and progress pics so you can show the Surgoeon and whoever as proof in case you go for a revision xx

Just looking at ur before and the last pic u put on looks like the implants have still got to drop as it looks like there a bit missing on the inside where your clevage usually is.
How many weeks are you know whens ur next appointment with your surgeon?
Deffo go and get measured tomorrow for a confidence boost xx

@ashleighk28 I did get measured yesterday Hun, and came up a B cup.. thats still not a D.. the surgeon even mentioned a DD to me… so it has only made me feel worse hun.. I’m 4 Wks PO on Monday.. I’ve got appt to see nurse on the following monday as I’m flying to Australia on the 13th Aug for brothers wedding.. I was actually planning to fill out my bridesmaid dress.. now I’m still gonna have to pad out.. just devo…. @georgieanne I have been taking pics constantly… I’ve had concerns from the minute I woke.. they have never looked like any on here.. they didn’t seem big enough for what I asked for from the off.. xx

I think anything over 450cc would have been suitable for you, what I’ve noticed is those who are are a wider frame can accept bigger implants and those with smaller frame and less breast tissue can only go up to 400cc not a surgeon but just something I’ve analysed since doubting my size.
I definitely think something needs to be done for you as this is not acceptable and the fault is with the surgeon.

Hi Jo I’m not an expert but looking at pics I would say there’s still a lot of dropping and fluffing to be done.. Perhaps wait a while longer and they might drop it may take a while that’s all just wanted to re-assure you. X

Could you ask Mya to have a different surgeon give their opinion? Surely they can’t leave you feeling this dissatisfied… You wouldn’t have gone ahead with surgeon if you thought this would be your outcome. Try to keep strong ? hope you’re ok xx

You’re not kidding… I’m a cold cow, don’t show emotion, don’t cry… Faced some serious shit in my life, nearly lost my youngest daughter several times, but have never cried so much!! It’s there all time, you can’t escape it, you gotta keep seeing what ive got, and what I should have xx

You really need to go and book appt to see surgeons again ASAP. Even if he says you need to wait 6 months to see them drop, you then need to say ok well what after 6 months? Will you redo them for free as they are 100% not a d cup or anywhere near the size you wanted. I think to he honest 450 might not even be enough as I had 365 and now have 445 and there is not much difference. I think 550 or more for your band, I’m no expert but I think you need to go up a bit more for it to be worth getting them redone. Xx

How far are you if you don’t mind me asking? I was the Same after my op but now nearly 4 months I spill out of them. This is because they drop, become softer as time goes on. I really hated mine I felt like I wasted my money but only these past couple of weeks I’ve noticed a big difference, feel free to add me & look at my pictures if you like I had 350cc xxx

@sharnamorton hey Hun did you have unders… Mine are overs.. I know unders get bigger but it’s my understanding that overs don’t work like that.. Seriously can’t get over how they’ve shrunk in a week.. I can’t get a sports bra to fit me now.. Cause I’m a 36 chest, the cup size is all too big, it’s not tight on me to support.. The only one that felt right enough was a M & S one yesterday that was a 36 A… I couldn’t bring myself to purchase an A cup.. Not after a boob job.. All the ones I’ve got from the first 2 weeks including the black zip up M & S, asda ones are all to big in cup now… Seriously must have spent 150 quid on bras since op trying to get them to fit… ??

How many days post op r u I had 400 and thought they were small at first they drop and fluff x

4 weeks really isn’t long enough hun. I was still rock hard at 4 weeks. Mine dropped and fluffed about 12 weeks I’d say fully. What happening is your skin is holding the implant super tight squishing it down the skin elasticity will soon adjust to the foreign object in your body! Patience is so important trust the surgeon trust me. The girls keep giving CC which is perfect for yu but only the surgeon knows best of you was an A cup before I don’t think he’d offer 500cc for example the rippling risk is higg! I had 400cc SF overs and they’re good for my frame I’m a 32 E/f but I have a massive lower half and tiny waist so he said 400 was best. Just stay patient xx

@salwa1996 unfortunately Hun I did trust my surgeon… 100%… I have more body mass, skin,fat and bigger chest space then any of you girls… I understand what your saying totally, but with all that said you got 400cc and the biggest he offered me is 375cc.. doesn’t seem right… I’m a size 36 chest, size 14-16 clothes…. a lot more of me than any of you girls… yet Ive got some smallest implants.. doesn’t make sense, but like you said.. trust your surgeon… I did, and it seems its not worked… I have thought they not right from the word go… even the surgeon when he checked me after surgery was very concerned the way he was looking at me, to the point I asked him if there was something wrong because of his facial expressions… the nurse said he was worried about the tape… REALLY??..Thanks hun i appreciate your advice.. glad yours have turned out well xxx

I’m not sure why he offered you such a small implant for your frame?! I will say though that your bra doesn’t fit. You being able to get it on and it actually fitting isn’t the same. 4 weeks is also not much time to judge the final appearance. Hang on in there.

I’ve just seen your tshirt pics. Go back Hun. That isn’t an acceptable result. I’m thinking the surgeon effed up on his sizes massively.

@xxxsaralouxxx hey Hun, no didn’t try any on in consultation, wasn’t offered any. I took my bra to use, so was bit disappointed that I didn’t, so my PC took me in her office and she gave me a couple to shove in bra just to get a rough idea. I’ve got appt to see surgeon 2nd sept.. Day after I get back from oz, my PC gonna send him my pics & nurse gonna take more and measurements at my check up in 10 days to give to him as well xxxx

@xxxsaralouxxx hi hun, yeah I must admit I was disappointed that I didn’t get to try on with the Surgeon, maybe this problem wouldn’t of happened if it wasn’t so rushed.. My hubby felt like the consult was very quick, but the way the surgeon handle himself and decision we thought it was all good, very impressed with how decisive he was, no hesitation on size so we trusted his professional decision.. My appt is with him again, just worried he’s gonna be pissed as I’m not happy.. but hey, I’m not a spring chicken and I defo know how to handle myself, don’t take shit so hopefully it will be cool… not long till yours, the next couple of weeks will fly by.. I just had to go out again today to try find a sports bra that is supportive enough. The prob is they don’t make them in 36 A… they all start with a B cup, and unfortunately I’m struggling to find a Bcup that I fill… I have just got one from telco, its a 36B, with slight padding in cup and it feels the most supportive I found so far… pretty sad really that Ive had them done and still struggling to fill a B cup… but hopefully I’ll be able to get it sorted.. still so upsetting though… will defo keep you updated… thanks for caring Hun…xxxx

Hi hun feel so sorry for you I mean when spending all that money you want big results I agree with you I would be pissed off , yeah it’s all good if they re do them for you but not fair at all as you have to go through all the healing progress time off work child care ect. I know my self as I have 3 yr old and 3 days post op it’s not easy. You should get money refunded in my eyes! They shouldn’t have gone ahead with that size implant I’m size 6 very narrow chest and have been given 430cc and I had no boobs before that. Hope u get sorted hun ? xxxxx

I cannot believe people are not posting encouraging posts! Even I can see that your boobs are still stuck high to your chest and need to drop and fluff…

@emmalouise1055 hi Hun, I do realise about the dropping and fluffing but at the moment the only bra size I can fill is a A cup, that it is firm enough to give me enough support as I’m still healing. But I have had to buy now B cup as sports bras usually start at that especially at a 36 chest.. So for them to increase in 3 cup sizes once they have fully dropped and fluffed is being let’s say…, non realistic! If you are still wearing an A cup 4 wks post OP you’ll probably be a tad upset too… I asked for atleast a D cup and I’m not even close, so I do feel pissed and let down.. The other ladies are giving me support, their comments are actually really helping, but I suppose they are imaging how they would feel if put in my shoes… Thanks Hun xxx
