Still got to wear sports bra… I’m 6 weeks post op?!

Hey,
I am 6 weeks post op and my surgeon has advised me to wear sports bras for another 2 weeks . He also said when I do start wearing normal bras that I should always buy the next back size up to avoid the bra rubbing on the scars. Has anyone else been told this? I had Mr Kazazzi. Also when did most of you ladies start wearing a normal bra as I always thought it was 6 weeks, not 8? One more thing, I forgot to ask him if I can start jogging now, does anybody know?

I still wear my sports bra very comfy im seven months post op lol i find they do rub a little on the scar at first so maybe listen to your surgeon i was seven wk post op when i got my first bras an now i have 2 many lol i sometimes go braless which feels lovely an my breast are pert so nobody can tell either way lol and not sure with the jogging ask your pc babe
