Still no admission time..

due to have a rhinoplasty in 2 days and still waiting for my admission time. Have called the clinic twice today and still no luck, starting to get a bit worried

ring the hospital hun, they give the clinics the admission time xx

They should have your time by now..?

I had my op yesterday and didn’t get my time until mid-day Sat, so only a day and half before op…..

How have they left it? Are they gonna call you once they know? xx

They said they’ll know tomorrow, so will have to call back then (the day before). Just frustrating as you want get things planned time wise on the day. Going to ring the hospital direct and see if they can help x

Spoke to the hospital. It’s at 10a.m. Phew, glad it’s a morning time slot!

Bumble it’s peace of mind as well. When you’ve got that time your like “phew”, it’s still going ahead, it’s happening. Like it’s confirmation.

I thankfully got mine in the post like 7 days before or something like that.

It would be good if that was across the board. I’ve found a lot of folk (especially down south) have to wait till like the day before for their time. How frustrating!

Patient Co-ordinators are usually really good at getting back to you though.

You were lucky getting it 7 days before. It’s totally about peace of mind. Plus everyone kept asking what time I was going in and I felt a bit daft not knowing. As soon as I got the time, I got really nervous, but am okay now. This time in 48 hours I should have a new nose!
