still sore

hey i am 3 and a half weeks post op with unders. i am healing well but on my right side where the incision is still feels tight and sore. i tried to touch my toes to ease my back pain and i cud onli go so far b4 my skin on my right boob hurt n felt like it was goin to stretch open. is this normal and how long b4 its more comfortable. thanks x
