Still waiting on complaint decison :(

Hi Ladies,

Sorry i’ve not written on here for a while, I thought I had better wait for the forum to calm down first lol. So I sent my complaint off to MYA and am still waiting for a decision, this can take up to 4 weeks , I am wondering why I haven’t been offered my second opinion yet though but I guess they are dealing with the complaint first, this is all such a pain but I will let you all know as soon as I hear anything

Thanks hun, I don’t know why it’s taking so long, I have booked a few appointments with other companies to try and get an idea of what I will need to do to sort them out, I think I will be better off having an opinion not from within MYA, I wish they could of just booked me in to see Mr Singh at least I would know where I stand a little bit, I have two more weeks left and then they have to of replied, fingers crossed it will be better news xx

Hi kerryj, its quite a long story but basically my boobs have gone buggered I did have pics on here but have taken them off with everything that has been going on in the forum, (I’ve had them since last march)so had gone back to speak to my surgeon about what could be done to sort them and he was just awful, if you go back on here to the 24th of september you can see the breakdown of the meeting, if your surgeon disagrees with you then you have to file a complaint in order to get a second opinion and the option of a re op, I have done this and complained about his conduct xx

I think second opinions with other companies is a good idea, ultimately you’ll need one from another MYA surgeon but in the meantime an unbiased opinion will def strengthen your case. Doesn’t mr Singh work for transform as well? He has his own company too, he gave me his card yesterday if you want me to send you the details x

its quality care commission they deal with medical negligance, and cosmetic surgery complaints, from what i can see anyway, if they cant help im sure they will point you in the right direction, you were basically mis-sold, what you paid for1 ggod luck1 xxxx

Mr Singh works privatly also go on website enhancemybody.com he does consultations at fitzroy square his office is just over from hospitail and his secratery is Alison x
